Thanks to our very own production of box bodies, we can adapt the conversion to individual customers’ wishes. Box bodies vehicles guarantee increased space and work comfort. Our box bodies can be fitted on most chassis on the market. The box body structure is consisting of sandwich walls, which are produced using vacuum technology. Outer and inner body skin are made of aluminum coils with machine applied coating of very durable polyester (HDP).

Coating based on HDP resins (high durable polyester) guarantees excellent protection against weathering and disinfectants and requires no maintenance. Paint does not crack or split even after heavy accidents due to good flexibility for profiling and bending. Damaged coating does not result in larger paint repair. Pre-coated coils are available in chassis colours, which substantially reduces delivery times and environmental load compared to conventional painting.All Body walls have integrated frameworks made of joined aluminum profiles that allow to mount wire harnesses, medical equipment, stretchers, seats and other conversion parts at the designated position. The choice of aluminum for bodywork provides high stability, resistance to corrosion and impacts, dramatically reduces the vehicle weight, resulting in lower fuel consumption and emissions. Thermal wall insulation is made of polyurethane foam.The floor, wheel arches and underfloor boxes can be provided with optional sound insulation.

We can supply windows and doors of various dimensions and types (swing or sliding type) for entry or exterior lockers. The selected construction materials are environmentally friendly because aluminum and polyurethane insulation are 100% recyclable. We use aluminum, which requires less energy for recycling than for primary production of aluminum. The box body structure together with complete conversion meets safety requirements in accordance with EN 1789 and DIN 13500, which has been confirmed by positive dynamic tests.
